I purchased for my grandma because they advertised same day delivery in the town she lives in. I had googled local florist. Come to find out they are in another state. No one will answer the phone. No delivery was sent at all. And i want my money back.

Warning! This is a scam. They make it look like it’s a Canadian website offering local delivery when actually it’s an American company and the prices are actually in American funds. They did not deliver the flowers and no explanation. I left many messages and nobody would call me back. They refunded only part the money I paid. I put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It’s frustrating to see that this company is still operating!

Reading these reviews really scared me when I placed my order with Rita’s Florist.The only reason I proceeded with my cancellation was due to being charged in US dollars (I am in Canada).Once they opened they responded to my contact form and refunded my money!I can’t talk to others that said they didn’t get their money back; but thankfully I went through the steps and Rita’s Florist was very timely with a reply.
