I had gone into Bob’s discounts previously just browsing before I made a decision, and was helped by an incredible employee! His name is Gregory Dean, the whole time he was very patient with me and my family, and made us feel welcomed. Fast forward to today, I was finally ready to make my decision on a set, and he was just as incredible! The whole time I felt so comfortable, he was answering all questions that we had, he was very knowledgeable about the product, and gave me tips on how to best save money! On top of that, he was very social, awesome at keeping conversation, and was SO down to Earth! Everything about the experience was just absolutely astounding, and I seriously couldn’t have had a better time in store with any other employee. He definitely goes above and beyond for the people that he helps, and genuinely cares about finding the best product for you! He doesn’t just make the sale, he makes the RIGHT sale. I definitely plan on going back in the future to purchase more furniture. They have quality products, great prices, and the whole environment is so nice! (Hopefully I will get lucky and be helped by Gregory Dean again! I cannot stress how amazing he was!!) But overall it was fantastic, and I can’t wait for the next time I go in! 🙂
