Well organized and efficient. Great service from an Apple customer service rep named Erica from Tracy. She was excellent at her job, friendly, engaging and very knowledgeable about Apple products. I owed many businesses in the past and know how important it is to have good customer service and she’s a keeper.

Pretty long waits standing in line, even for previously scheduled pickup appointments. Not sure what the problem is, but this store is currently chaotic. Maybe as pandemic rules are relaxed service levels will improve.

I had to return an online item at Ann Taylor, and the store at the mall was closest to my home. Good amount of stores with lots of items to select… but overall, it was too crowded for my liking. Even though everyone was wearing masks, it just didn’t feel comfortable with that many people walking and shopping. It’s an indoor mall and people who were walking near or passed you were clear less than 6 feet apart.
