I used to love this place and go all the time! We would go so often that we had reached the diamond status in the reward program. I used to LOVE this place. On April 21st we had a waitress that made me NEVER want to go back to any cpk ever again. I have never been treated with such disrespect from anyone at a restaurant before and I’ve had a few bad experiences but this topped all of them as the WORST experience I’ve ever had in customer service. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is the hostess is an exceptional hostess who’s very polite and welcoming..she’s the OPPOSITE of the waitress we had in EVERY way. If only the hostess was our waitress instead maybe things would be different. No one should treat anyone the way that waitress treated me and my family. I wasn’t going to write this review but as it still bothers me 8 days later I’m writing this review. She knows what she did. Not okay
