My perfume was not put in my bag. I called the store around 9 pm to let them know my item was missing. The employee told me to come and pick it up the next day. Upon arrival, security and management review the surveillance and confirm the employee did not put my perfume in my bag. My item was put back on the floor and was sold. It only took me 40 minutes to get to the store for them to tell me my item was sold.The lady who assists me at the cashier horrible customer service today needs to be more pleasant

I really like Ross but they need to add more cashiers. We were greeted by about 5 people in the first 3 minutes of walking in but only one cashier, who is doubling as returns/exchanges?? Someone needs to train a stock person – stat!
