Too small, staff is not so nice nor helpful.

I called the Pharmacy and the woman who answered the phone pretended that she could not hear me. I called back several times, also checking my reception by calling another store and realized that she was just acting too busy to take a phone call. I had a friend call the same store and she pulled the same act.

Business hours not correct.

Avoid this Walgreens at all cost, there’s something seriously wrong with this branch. Read the multiple YELP reviews from others who had terrible experiences here. I wanted to love this neighborhood Pharmacy with it’s drive up window but the headache of dealing with the rude staff and their constant mistakes has finally made me switch to the Upland location. I totally supported their unadvertised lunch and coffee breaks where the store closes for business without notice. I even looked past their not having the basic antibiotics stocked until you give them 24-48 hours notice to get them. The 14-27 minute hold music when calling was annoying and even when in the store and hearing the phone ring w/o anyone picking it up was always a reminder they needed better organization. But yesterday when my 8 yr got sick and the doctor called in her prescription at 9:30am and they still hadn’t filled it 8:00pm claiming they never got the fax , I finally lost it. I had heard this excuse multiple times for my own prescriptions when trying to pick them up and even doubted the doctors asst. for not calling them in…. but yesterday I was there when the call was made and even heard the pharmacist take the order. I even called the store 3 times during the day to check if the perscription was ready since I didn’t want to leave the house unless it was and each time they said to check back in hour. Finally when it was getting close to them closing, I went to the store and was told they didn’t have it, and I should take my daughter to the emergency room if I needed the meds that evening. The crazy thing is, this apparently happens all the time at this store from the stories on YELP – which I finally discovered. I have no idea who is giving this place 4 stars, I did notice one of the reviewers has the same last name as the head Pharmacist but I’m hoping she didn’t stoop so low. As I said before, I wanted to love this tiny little store but honestly, they are playing a dangerous game with people and I for one want nothing to do with them anymore. Good luck out there if you continue going to this location.
