This place is a joke, the only advantage is the 9c price. I chose 1 hr pickup, I got the message notification the photos ready for pickup afterwards.I went there no one at the photo print spot , I had to walk around to find a associate, then redirected to have his supervisor ,and another associates after checking here and there. I was told machine is down. The technician is not available, the photo might probably be ready next day in the afternoon.I I could see a roll of printing orders dangling in the air nearly to the ground.I asked them to help check if the machine in Newark WalMart is working. The associate asked me to call their number on my own. The number is just a number, dead end from one to another.Run down and headache.

The online service is descent, but the in-store pickup experience was terrible. I came here to pick up my passport photos an hour later from the time I received ready to pickup notice. When I went to the photo center desk, there was no one at the counter first, then a guy came here who cannot even find my photos. A lady came next who spent more time searching them, but when she found them, they were not cut into correct size. I waited another ten minutes for her to just cut the photo, but when I was ready to pay, she was unable to do it because she was kicked out by the system. Well, I finally got charged, and spent a whole hour to pick up the ready to pick up photos. In the mean while，you lost three customers whowere tired of waiting.
