I received a 30% off coupon from anthro because my $800 package never showed up. The woman who was checking me out was weird about the coupon I presented on my phone. She then asked her manager if it was real and if she could use it. The staff working the floor were also rude…. I think everyone assumes you’re stealing? Been shopping at anthro for 20 years and I don’t think I can take their in store treatment of customers anymore. Anthro – You all should get cameras (or more) so you don’t have to harass shopping customers anymore. Also your tech designing team/ development team needs to learn how to grade clothes, so it is easier to purchase online. All the lines produced by anthro have zero consistency when it comes to sizing. A medium can literally range from a S – XL
