I had a horrible experience with this business. The only reason I am even giving it 1 star is because there are 1 or 2 people of the 5 (5 plus?) people that work there that have decent customer service. Jolene at the Corning site is super rude. I complained to Sabrina, the manager at the Corning site, and all she did was defend Jolene’s rudeness. I am not sure if I should try to escalate this concern to the owner or not, because I suspect that person will also just defend Jolene and Sabrina. It’s pretty sad that this is a business that is supposed to be helping people in need of medical supplies and there is little to no kindness and little to no customer service…

Wonderful place to find generally all medical needs. Friendly staff and it is in a good location. It just took a little bit for them to get back to me on a knee brace that I needed.
