Do Not Go Here!! I would give them NEGATIVE STARS if I could! You have to pay $40 up front only to have them wait around for weeks looking for parts. They NEVER call when they say they will. Horrible communication. If you want to have to call every week checking the status of whatever you’re getting repaired just to be told call back later or pay more than you paid for your product in the first place.

I’ve been trying to call them multiple times a day for a few days now about the status of paperwork being entered as they were the 3rd party company hired to come look at my appliance. Horrible communication! I have to call them to even get it scheduled. They accepted the job order and never contacted me to schedule. Then never called me about a time for coming out the day of, I had to call them to find out when they were coming out. Then they had a computer issue and the information from my work order hasn’t been entered. Now next day comes around and they aren’t taking any of my calls about the status of my work order.
