I’ve needed to visit this location multiple times over the course of the last two months. It is a busy location and making an appointment expedites visits due to the number of walk ins. I went here to do a urine test..Saw a woman in the waiting area not wearing a mask.. No one working there said anything to her even though signs were posted…The female attendant who waited on me had a snotty attitude and exhibited rude behavior to me and to others..No reason for it!..Very poorly run office..I left there disgusted by what I had experienced.
