This Kohl’s is so nice. The people who work there are super helpful and there is no I hate my job attitude. It’s one block away from my home so convenience is a big plus. But the best thing is that there is an Amazon return counter inside the store! And it literally hassle free. Come for the Amazon return and pick up a pair of shoes or a stock pot on your way out! So awesome!

Worst place to retur. I had a big box of walker and for me heavy and took it inside the store with my own dolly. By the Amazon, they didn’t even help me to pick it up and put it inside the bin. I don’t want to hurt them but what about me!!! 2 big guy 200lb heavy standing back there and because of their safty they wouldn’t help, and when I ask them to leave it by the bin and they can move it with dolly, they refused it. This is not the first time, the staffs are rude.

Absolutely garbage place to return Amazon items. I had several items that I was returning in a box, and the individual that was helping me, an elderly gentleman named Richard, sighed and looked very impatient when I walked up to him. He then proceeded to publicly shame me for not packaging the items, even though the return label clearly states that “Kohl’s will handle the packaging and shipping of the item”. Thanks for making people feel like garbage for simply following instructions.
