These people are the best! After being contacted by Gary and receiving the exact samples he recommended, we made our selection and it was on….he got the flooring together at the delivery warehouse, but held it up as he didn’t like the options for the trim pieces offered. So he did research and found better matches for all three needed styles, and he was way right…much better match. He kept me updated daily (3 days worth is all but to him it was important I knew where we were.) once delivered (I’m installing myself) he would call every other day to see how I was doing and to give advise and encouragement. Best price I found, top quality flooring,( I spent a month shopping them all) and best sales and support staff in all Northern California as far as I’m concerned. Thank you Floor Store and especially Gary. You get my next project too…!!GJ
