Honestly customer service in this 7-Eleven is horrible the owner of the 7-Eleven does not have no customer service skills whatsoever his language was vulgar and unprofessional this gentleman should not be owning a 7-Eleven I’m highly disappointed worst 7-Eleven experience in my life and I have been to a lot of 7-Elevens from coast to coast staff with no uniform that he doesn’t care he’s been owner for 40 years and he doesn’t care about customer service. I have been coming to the 7-Eleven for over 7 years and because of this one situation I will be boycotting this location I am so disappointed usually walk in and say good morning to staff is usually friendly honestly I feel like he is very mentally unstable and should not even be around people truly was a scary situation for me this all started because I stated that most 7-Elevens they put a cup in the trash can to keep it open for the customers to throw away their half and half and this gentleman went off saying this is not all 7-Elevens cursed me out I do not even feel like saying the language that he said what’s with my elderly father he felt very unsafe we told the staff to go ahead and call the police because we wanted to document the situation but they never showed up so for my safety and the safety of my father I decided to leave I will be contacting the corporate office well I wish my first Yelp review was a better one bless and wish you all the best
