Jackeline did a great job of taking care of my shipping order. It was a piece of flat art that required a large flat box, and she quickly obtained the right box. She also took care in the interior padding to protect my precious item. Jackeline also advised me on pricing options, and took care with my sending and receiving address. I’m just a visitor to Pasadena, but I recommend this store.
