Checking Rickenbacker website for info. on spare parts. Rickenbacker make superb instruments but their after sales service is worse than awful. Maybe they don’t consider customers in the U.K. to be important. Even their official importers say the after sales service is hopeless. 5 stars for the instruments, -5 for service. Such a sad state of affairs for a famous company.
