It’s all about customer service as phone carriers are a dime a dozen. Avoid this store if you are looking for honest courteous staff. They are the worst. After 7 years of MetroPCS this location & specifically the rude manager, I switched. They deserve a negative rating.

This place has the worst customer service.They refuse to genuinely help their customers.They also refuse to give you your own personal information for example your account number .It should not matter what the customer needs it for that’s information that is supposed to be given when asked and your able to identify yourself.I understand there is competition but, do not be salty your service is not working out for the customer.
