I took my car to be serviced the day prior to a long road trip only to find out I needed new tires. Called up Evans that evening. They recommended a good replacement (that had excellent reviews on Tire Rack) at a very reasonable price and I placed the order. The next morning they called and said my tires were in and ready for install. Dropped my car off and two hours later it was ready, aligned and everything. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The tires have noticeably less road noise and a smoother ride, as the reviews stated. I am very happy with their recomedation. I will definitely be back for my free rotations and alignment checks. Thanks guys!!!

December 17, 2017 we took our 2004 ML350 in to get the tires that I ordered installed on the car which were original equipment from Mercedes Benz. We have 60,000 miles on the car and have been very pleased with the performance of the OEM tires over the last 13 years, but the salesman kept trying to sell me some Asian made tires which I declined. And for good reason. When I looked up the reviews, those Asian tires had all bad reviews!!!! It was a Sunday, one week before Christmas, it was late and getting dark. Drove the car, runs fine, BUT one week later I noticed 2 dents under the rocker panels on both sides. It looked like the tire techs missed the pickup points on the rear and dented the rocker panels!!!!! ARGH!! Went back a week later and showed the manager. He claims that in 27 years experience this has never happened. WOW, I told him that is amazing that there must be a million cars that went through here and never had any damage whatsoever!! I find that hard to believe. It was so obvious that the dents on the rocker panel or our Mercedes were from the lifting pads on their Rotary Lift that were incorrectly positioned when his tire techs lifted the car. Once the techs noticed the damage, they lowered the car, repositioned the lift and lifted the car up again. The douche bag store manager DENIES it occurred in his store. So now I am going to have to file a claim against MY insurance company to go after Evans tire. That is going to be ugly becuase now it is the full boat of expenses. Lawsuit; forensic expert witnesses, laboratory testing etc., all over a simple mistaked of wrong positioning of the rear arms of a Rotary Lift auto hoist by some tire techs…..

They were able to order my tires quickly and service was quick, especially towards the end of the day when I was able to bring in my truck. I was a little disappointed in them not wanting to align the truck, saying that the rack was only rated for 10k lbs, and that my truck was at that, which is its actually its gcvw when hauling, unladen its approximately 8100lbs, which I know after it got weighed when I bought it a month prior. Also, the gentleman who moved it did not seem to be used to diesels and started it before the glow plugs shut off, and pulled the electric folding mirror out after the truck was out. I’m not too upset, but would appreciate it if the employees were a little more aware of the cars they work on for a living operate.
