I went to this Home Depot to order carpet & install for my daughter. I was able to schedule measurement in no time. I then was instructed to call to make payment, which went even faster. The FULL amount was taken from my bank in less than 48 hrs. 1 week later , still no news. I called the store and no one could help me. I drove to the store waited for 45 min to be told that this is regarding an install so no one can help except a lady named , Marie, who, of course was not there. She only works Monday to Friday and from 8-5 pm.I called Marie later to hear that the carpet I selected is not available, I was disappointed but agreed to select something that is available so my project can get done. Marie told me that the product will ship in 48 hrs. 4 days went by and still no one called to schedule install. I called Marie again to hear that it hasn’t shipped and it should be shipped tomorrow from Georgia, so it would be here in 2 weeks or more.I can’t believe this, and felt so misled by Marie.I asked her that since the carpet hasn’t shipped to please cancel the whole thing. She said she can’t due to a system glitch but she will do it tomorrow and email me the confirmation. That was 3 days ago and today I called and can’t even get a hold of her.This is such a bad experience that I don’t think I Will ever want to have to deal with Hone Depot again.I just want my money back since they can’t deliver on their product and promises.Does the CEO of Home Depot even care about their customers? If yes, I am hoping he can get this resolved for me.

The counter sale is not friendly, I just asked where is the planting plate, he wanted me waiting and ignored my question.

Always a helpful employee on hand. Never need to look around for help here. Always clean and well stocked. In and out. Plenty of self check outs and competent register workers that move the line fast.
