I went to 2 different locations before coming here. I hands down give this location a 5 star! Aliyah went above and beyond to help us. Best customer service from all t-mobile locations. I have to drive further out but it was well worth it. If you are not satisfied with the service you are getting at your local t-mobile store, I highly recommend you come to this location.

1.0 star rating3/16/2021I purchased a prepaid device and plan from this T-Mobile location and it has turned into a HUGE headache. The staff is so poorly trained in T-Mobile operations I can’t comprehend how they are allowed to take customers cash.When I purchased the prepaid plan and asked about a receipt I was informed I would be emailed a receipt. I was never emailed a receipt. I have received no account information besides the phone number that was assigned to the device.Before I purchased the device I was told by the three store employees who were present I had 30 days to return it (this is wrong, T-Mobile’s policy is 14 days). The device didn’t work out for me and I tried to return it with the store manager.The store manager told me they can’t do returns on prepaid devices, it is not possible. I was like what????T-Mobiles policy on their website, the policy that came in the device’s box, and your store employee all stated I could return the device within 14 days (well besides the employees who told me 30 days).The store manager simply told me she couldn’t process the return and to call customer support if I had a problem. At no point did it feel like the manager wanted to help resolve the situation.I felt like I had been cheated and lied to. Everything says I should be able to return the device, and the manager basically tells me no, it’s not their problem, and to go find help somewhere else.I called customer support multiple times and they all insisted the store should do the return. They said because the store processed the order wrong, and never gave me a receipt, I had to do the return in the store. I have no account information or anything, just a charge on my credit card.When I went back into the store I explained the situation to the manager. They made a couple calls to other local T-Mobile stores and again repeated they can’t do returns on prepaid devices.My recourse now is to deal with T-Mobile’s legal department who I’ve had to write a letter to (yes a letter, no email). What should have been a simple return has turned into a big time-wasting situation.If you need to go to a T-Mobile I suggest finding a different location than this one.

Best service I can receive I would highly recommend this location due to there customer service I got help from the manager Emily and her associate Aaliyah. these girls are a good team together for any questions they’re the best 10/10 location never busy!
