I came in on a Friday at almost closing time with major car problems, I was still 3 hrs away from my destination point. This guys were not just able to check my car but were willing to stay open past closing time just to get me back on the road. These people were very honest and caring, they even hung out at the shop after I had left just in case my car gave me any problems. Would like to give Javi and all the workers a huge thank you for fixing my car and making it home safely. I highly recommend them, I would not think twice before taking my car back to these guys.

They put a starter in my car. It cost me $668.00. They made me sign that I agreed to the installation so i had to pay! But they did a diagnostic and he told me since I was getting the work done there that he would waive that. When I picked up my car he said no cause I wasn’t doing the rest of what was on the list but I never talked to him ab the rest. And that was so much that I don’t have that! So he couldnt have thought I was going to do the rest. I told him I dont have that kind of money so he lied about thinking I was going to do that. I was so upset that I left in tears. I called before I picked my car up cause I started to think it was way too much for just a starter but it was being done so i thought i would discuss that when i got there. And that was thinking i wasn’t paying for the diognastic. Having to pay that is what got me so emotional. I checked other places and it triple the price of any other shop. No one anywhere charges $668 00 to put in a starter even for a Mercedes! And to boot, a lady comes out of her office to help them bully me. She was worse cause she was mean about it. At least they didn’t get mean like she did. I understand I signed a paper but I didnt realize how pricey it was so I tried to reason with them and he also shouldnt have charged me for the dogmatic. They have always waived that charge at other shops if,you fix the car there. I thought that’s why he said he would waive that. Can anyone explain to me if I’m wrong about what I’m thinking! Cause I’m feeling like I was really over charged and I’m still upset and I had plans for the money I spent. I know something always comes up and that’s life but I think I was really over, over charged and that was way more than anyone would ever charge for a Camry just for a starter!! And thinking if I have to pay cause I signed ok but the diognastic made me mad, and emotional cause he lied and it’s hard when your on a fixed income already strugling!
