Daniel is unpleasant. I said a quart then immediately corrected to a gallon. He misheard and prepare a quart instead of a gallon. Dare to blame me and suggested I speak louder. Then forcefully required that I must purchase the error. I remembered why U don’t shop here. I’ll never go back. I only went there to recycle paint. Sherwin region manager, Steve, called in response to this posting. He asked and listened to my story. His response was sincere and he offer to remedy. I change my rating from 1 to 3 stars.
