I dropped by the Paseo Colorado store in April to replace my cable box. Service was super quick and polite, but the new unit wouldn’t connect. I tried everything with phone support and had to schedule a technician to come over. Turns out they gave me the wrong type box and should have known better. So make sure you get them to double-check they’ve given you the right box before you leave SMH. And one more demerit… they don’t validate parking.
