Walked in to find two employees helping two customers. My daughter found the shoe she wished to try on. We waited 10 minutes as the employees walked past us several times to retrieve shoes from the back. It’s not that they were busy, it’s that they didn’t acknowledge our presence. All they had to do was say someone will be with you soon. They ignored us completely, for 10 minutes, in a small store. Very disappointing experience, as we’d made a special trip to go there. We walked out (also without acknowledgement), and won’t be back.

Total super awesome excellent customer service!! The lady from Italy totally super rocks!! If I need a pair of shoes, I know where to get, and thanks for taking temperature before entering store and giving me some hand sanitizer. They also were keen on the flip flops I was wearing. Thanks again, I will be back.
