Went to this UPS store to drop off a Prime wardrobe item and realized I could also drop off my other Amazon return items (was planning on stopping by Kohl’s). The only staff there today, Jason, was super friendly and patient – he walked me through how to cancel the return process I had already started and waited patiently as I was figuring it out on my phone. Interesting location but by far, my best UPS experience!
