Still terrible. Gave these guys six + months to fix a problem. Their complete lack of attention to their bad service and lack of communication makes me want to go to a big box store. I always support the little guy and had inherited a purchase at Reid’s with a property so thought I had found a great local store. Over and over again, they went out of their way to not help. Finally got delivery of a product 7 months after first trying to coordinate with them and having to call the manufacturer to put pressure on their team to help. DID NOT EVEN OFFER to help install or find a solution when the product finally was ready. Dropped and ran. Eventually the manager and Frank, the salesman passed me on to an admin contact who was somewhat helpful. So I guess that is a positive. STAY AWAY if you actually want help and service. I’ll shop elsewhere.
