My wife dragged me out to Rodeo Drive so I was forced to wonder around for 30 minutes which we all know means: AT LEAST 2 HOURS. For those that do not know (like myself), majority of watch stores are closed on Sundays. Due to COVID Pandemic, majority of the watch stores are taking potential clients by appointment only (including Audemars Piguet at this location).However, I did not know this so I walked up to just about all the watch stores I wanted to check out only to be turned down with Sorry it’s appointment only! Please call our store and we can make an appointment for you in the future!However, when I got to AP, the security guard shook his head no but asked me to hold on a second while he went and got the sales associate (Ebony). She came to the door and greeted me: very nice, polite, friendly. I explained to her that I wanted to just check out some watches and she surprisingly told me she had a few minutes to pencil me in right away.Needless to say, she let me in and practically let me try on every single watch they had at the store. She knew the model, model numbers, power reserve, depth ratings, price, recommendations, and descriptions about literally every piece of watch I picked up. She was so very friendly and helpful. Once I picked the watch that I wanted, I went to go look for my wife who told me we had to leave right away to head down to South Coast Plaza…Thank you so much for your help today! (This is David: the guy who asked if you had the white gold with white dial today LOL!) I’ll be in touch and hope to see you soon!

Had an awesome experience here with Ebony. It was more than I would have ever expected it to be. I’ve always been hesitant about even going in since I hear the stories that it can be impossible to get anything, etc – but I’m definitely glad that I made the decision to go in. Ebony definitely made my experience exceptional on every level and I’m looking forward to a lifetime of experiences moving forward here as I plan to primarily wear AP from here forward.One idea to note is that I was dressed extremely normal, or was underdressed for the type of place this is – but she didn’t seem to negatively judge me at all about it. I was wearing Regular pants, Regular shoes, Regular Nike Jacket. My entire outfit probably cost less than a pen there – but I didn’t feel judged at all. I didn’t feel like she thought I was just wasting her time or anything like that. I talk a lot, which is something that I need to work on (example A, the length of this review, lol) but she was completely willing to hear me out about everything and was full of realistic information, insight and positivity.I left not only excited about the watch I purchased, not only excited for future watches from here, but excited and more motivated for my future/life in general. It was definitely a refreshing feeling working with Ebony. There were two gentlemen there as well, while I didn’t work with them directly I’m sure they had something to do behind the scenes on this here as well. So I’m definitely grateful for them and for them saying hello and acknowledging us as well. It was just an overall great experience and I can’t wait to be back again!
