Good selection of produce, including items hard to find elsewhere (this week that was trumpet mushrooms and sunchokes). They changed recently from providing pre-cleaned carts to having a do it yourself cleaning station, which was easy enough. Friendly staff, many of whom are buzzing around the store shopping for customers getting deliveries or curbside pickup.

I wish to add an update to my post.I went to Whole Foods Novato on Friday Dec 18th at the 7:00 am hour for elderly shoppers. Despite my complaints to the store manager Chris and the regional manager, they still make it difficult if not impossible for elderly or disabled citizens to shop safely during COVID. They dont care about their elderly customers or they would make sure that the aisles are safe and accessible during this special time. DISGRACEFUL

So glad they have an EV charging station. It’s the reason we go to this grocery store over any other whenever we drive up to Santa Rosa. Got our Easter candy there today while picking up a few more miles and we’re lucky the charger was available. I hope they get more chargers soon, it’s such a good location being able to shop while charging and being right off the freeway.
