no this was not a mistake, my mother went to your store for an issue with her computer and you tried to install Windows 7 on a computer that was designed to run Windows 10 and could not support Windows 7. Resulting in her losing vast amounts of data for her personal business. I only decided to post because it is now months later and she is still complaining about it.
