Don’t expect to pickup your medication if the pharmacist is at lunch.

Why have a drive through if you cannot get the full service?

Took my daughter to this CVS yesterday, for her Covid shot. Got there 15 minutes early and waited 25 minutes…there were zero people waiting. But that didn’t bother me near as much as the total disarray and mess that we found in the vaccination area. I was tempted to turn around and leave, but didn’t want to further delay your vaccination. Not going back there for her 2nd shot! Wish I could post the picture.

Covid testing here is a joke. They require an appointment but have literally no way to meet those appointment times. Drive through only for tests. I showed up early and say in the drive through for 10 minutes with 6 cars in front of me and the line never moved. The car in front of me, who was obviously there before me pulled out of line and left. Why make an appointment that you can’t keep. I want to do the right thing here and get tested but my time is valuable and I hate hate hate when people make appointments they obviously can’t keep.Your better off finding a place that has drive up testing in a parking lot where they approach the car when you arrive and test you. Here you have to wait 40 minutes to test yourself. I’m pretty sure at least 15 minutes of that wait was someone parked at the window waiting for their medications. Manage your lines better CVS. Or just make this first come first serve because that’s essentially what it is already.

Had a very horrible interaction today with cashier Terri. She was extremely rude. Other customers around me were making comments about how rude she was to me. It was so frustrating and embarrassing to be treated so poorly. I’ve never had such a bad experience in my entire life. CVS has lost my business due to this incident. It was the worst
