Surprising how many cool and affordable gifts: cast iron, wood, recycled glass, pottery, linens, candles, funny books, kid’s books, amazing cook books. The pottery selection is astonishing,–you won’t see this much Italian pottery all in one place even in Italy– and yes, this is the good stuff! Some pieces are expensive, some affordable. Something for everyone: the fine art collector or the mug collector. All the pottery is handmade and imported directly to Santa Barbara from pottery families in Italy. This too is a family business for over 35 years. One of the most beautiful places to visit in Santa Barbara–even if you are not a pottery person, you should see it!

Like most things in life, you get what you pay for. The pottery in this beautiful store are handcrafted in Italy, absolutely gorgeous, and are made to last a lifetime. How many things in your house are a conversation piece? No disrespect, but if you want something made in China with lead paint and want to save a few bucks, I’m sure your local Walmart has just what you need. Support small businesses and shop local.
