What a treat!!!! This store is amazingly merchandised and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I want to give a special shout out to Ricardo who took great care of myself and my partner and a friend who had never tried Kiehl’s and now is hooked. He was so super kind and spent time explaining the products and how to properly use them. I’ve been a Kiehl’s fanatic since I was 16 and can never get enough of the coriander body wash. The scent is so delicious!! I can’t wait to fill up next time I’m in Palm Springs. ❤️

Worst experience EVER. Staff is beyond rude as we were in the store for over 10 minutes and no one bothered to ask if we needed help. Too bad, as they lost a valuable client.
