I Have been a patient at miracle ear H street Chula Vista for about 5 years now. When I first met Barbara Parker I was a little embarrassed about wearing hearing aids. She took the time and showed me many options. Because I was so young, I wanted to hide the fact I needed hearing aids. So, I went with ear plugs (inside the ear aids). After the first year of wearing these hearing aids I realized they were not the right ones for me. But, I kept them and made them work for me. But this isn’t why I’m writing this. Barbra went above and beyond caring for my needs. She made me feel comfortable about wearing hearing aids. Not only did she work with me to ensure I got the proper care I needed, but also became family to me. She made all the necessary adjustments to my hearing aids every time I went in. As time went by, and my hearing aids were wearing down I was becoming depressed without really realizing it. I couldn’t have a comfortable conversation with anyone because I couldn’t hear properly. My work was becoming more difficult and my performance at work was fading. This past week Barbra made a big impact and changed my life completely. I am no longer depressed, I have normal conversations with people and my work performance has improved. Barbra thank you for not giving up on me and thank you for giving me a second chance in life.
