This place truly does create a nice, warm shopping experience for customers, however it’s the dynamic between employees that really brings the place down. Without making it past training I had been screamed at, belittled, and humiliated all in different instances and by different people. Not to say that everyone else will have the same experience with the same people, but do be warned that the working environment here DOES NOT MATCH the environment they create for their customers in the slightest.

Kohl’s is one of the last department stores where you can walk in and purchase clothing. The staff is accommodating and they have a good selection to choose from. Utilizing Kohl’s coupons when checking out is great.
