I’ve been a Mancini sleepworld customer for years now.(recently had to replace mattress due to accidents that occurred while I was gone on vacation) I feel they have a great selection to suit most everybody.. what keeps me coming back though is the customer service due in part toBill the bed guy or Bill the mattress Man whatever you prefer to call him. He will make sure you have great customer service and more importantly you can trust him with you and your family’s comfort and sleep.. so for you and your family sake and most important your glorious sleepy nights.. We had tried a Sleep Number bed(from the actual Sleep Number store), and ended up feeling like it was just not right for our needs.We came to Mancini’s to try to find ourselves a new TempurPedic(we had one prior that lasted us 16 years). David ended up helping us out, and did a fantastic job explaining the differences in the new types that weren’t available when we first purchased. He didn’t pressure is too much, and we felt comfortable leaving without making the initial purchase to make sure it is what we wanted to do, as we have a rule not to make decisions in front of salespeople(pressure makes people make bad decisions).We left, and came back a few days later to finally purchase, and he was very helpful finding the right match bedframe. We are excited to get delivery tomorrow!
