Awesome service when I went in with a broken phone, the first being Julia Lopez who mentioned the potential trade in value of my current phone basically covering the new phone cost which I would’ve never known to look for otherwise and also the ONLY reason I decided to upgrade. Then Marcus Parker was the fella that set me up the following morning when I went in, he just zipped through the forms and clearly described what I was getting and he had me setup and out of there with a working new phone in under half an hour! It’s hard to find such quality customer service these days so it is 100% appreciated!

The customer service at this location is deplorable. All they tell you to do is call someone else, ie apple or insurance. Don’t bother even looking at the phone to see if it’s something they can help with. The manager is very argumentative. Both times went in today was eating, no mask on, and on his phone. Lied to our faces the second time went back in. Horrible!!!
