Twice I’ve come to this photo center and had the same experience. There’s no staff at the photo desk and the machines are off.Both times I ordered pictures at the kiosk and waited over the 1 hr pick up that they advertise, only to find out that nobody started the machines up for the day. Twice.How is it that your photo center advertises hours opening at 8am and 1hr pick up, and you can’t even start up your printers until I find an employee to go check on my order after noon?Entire time spent getting my 7 4×6 pictures printed here? 3 hours. Put that on your advertisement.

If you already know that the photo machine is not working, then please do your job by deactivating the auto email saying your photo is ready for pick up and please DO NOT give an attitude to the customer who received that email that had no idea that you’re too lazy to contact the customer letting them know that the photos are not ready for pick up. I saw at least 4 employees gathered around talking about their co-worker but no one bothered to do their job. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
