Very friendly staff with great customer service! Arrived with multiple packages and requests and they took care of everything immediately. I then happened to leave something behind, called about it a few days later, and they had it saved for me. Leslie at the front desk when I called back was exceptional in handling everything for me and got it shipped and returned to me next day since I don’t live in Santa Rosa. Thank you!

I went in today and Greg was really rude. He made me feel like an inconvenience even though I spent $120 at their store. There was an older woman with dark hair who worked there and I only came to that location because of her. But Greg was rude to my son and I today.
