To whom it may concern I am letting you know that your customer service as far as answering telephones is very poor I tried to call every department for 30 minutes and not one not even customer service answer the phone I’m very disappointed that I had to wait so long just to ask a question about a product that you might have had in stock or not I wasn’t going to drive to Petaluma when I live in Novato not knowing if you had the product they wanted you need to up your game and get the phones answered in your store it’s very poor customer service and I was very disappointed thank you
