Service was excellent today. Came to pick up a package and they had some extra security due to the change in delivery address, but extra security in this day and age is a good thing. The box was pretty banged up so they had to repackage it, which was also very nice.

The well dressed manager/lead girl (didn’t catch her name) seemed tired of helping people and gave me confusing directions to print on stock paper at the self serve copier with attitude. Another employee, named Nadine, was very helpful and polite. She helped me finish my print with ease and I was in and out quickly because of her. Thanks to her! Not the manager/lead. Ironic.
