I give this place a 5 star, not only because of the great customer service I have received from the staff, but also for the great products. My husband, daughter and myself all wear glasses and continue to come back every year. The best quality and price, I love it. Sandra is a great manager she is very attentive always available, I have also had great customer service from Regina and Natalie. I have and will continue to recommend this place.

I have been a Customer at Vision Place for a very long time. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and attentive. It’s a very welcoming environment. They maintain it very nice and clean and the manager always decorates it according to the holiday. They have a huge variety of frames to choose from and theirs prices are very affordable compared to other places. I highly recommend this place!!

The Vision Place is staff is welcoming, clean and Professional. I was anxious to met Ms. Natalie. As She booked my appointment during quarantine, she was thorough , precise, and patient with three many questions I had. During my appointment, I didn’t meet Natalie. I meet, Mrs.Giselle. Giselle customer service was A1. She was positive , super patient, provided the advice my daughter sought out to her. Advising my daughter about the quality of frames (plastic vs. metal) my daughter greatly appreciated and was able to conclude a decision upon picking one. While my daughter was getting her exam, Mrs Natalie was engaged with another customer , so I decided looked at their abundant selection of frames . While, I was looking , Mrs. Sandra, grasp my attention by asking me”if I needed help.” I responded no, but told her I overheard her conversation with a client “saying their glasses was ready for pick up, yes, anytime, and no problem “, taught me their was another professional in the building with great Professional skills. The Ophthalmologist, upon my request, did not mind cleaning phoropter(eye machine) a second time. Safety first!! I appreciated that. Much thanks to the the Vision team. People, I recommend the vision . Visit the the Vision . Their service will not fail you.
