My grandson and I went to the Madeira Road office in Simi Valley to get new phones. We were blessed to have Stephanie T., handle our transaction. She is knowledgeable, pleasant to a fault, and was truly patient in explaining the operation of our new phones to us. She did all this while additionally answering the phones, assuring waiting customers she would be right with them and signing for the delivery of various product as it arrived. Actions always speak louder than words, and in this case Stephanie’s actions prompted these words. I have never been with any other service provider then Verizon since I first got a cell phone, which in my case is a very long time. Stephanie’s outstanding customer service reminded me why. Great place to get a phone!
