I had a fantastic experience working with Anthony and Israel. I came in with a complicated order of opening a new account with multiple lines and a variety of devices to bring over and devices needed to purchase. Both Anthony and Israel were extremely patient with me answering all of my numerous questions. Anthony made sure that the devices I was bringing over would be compatible and didn’t try to sell me items I didn’t need. Israel took the time to help me transfer all of my info from my old phones to the new phones when he could’ve just sent me on my way. The level of customer service and compassion I received here was amazing, and I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family. You definitely have a repeat customer on your hands. Tristan and the other associate were very kind and patient with me. I had a lot of questions and needed a lot of help deciding which phone and options that I wanted. They were both willing to sit there and play out all of the options with me. They even helped me with some issues on my account.
