Off all the corner (bodega) joints in whittier. I consider this place the best. They’re always available; you don’t have to wait for the owner to get off the phone, he doesn’t have to go in the back to see if he’s got it and most I’m important…they are pleasant and egar to meet your needs.+ great prices on beer&liquor

I can’t speak to the beer and wine selection here because we don’t go to Baker’s for the liquor. We go to Baker’s for their meats. You would never think to find one of the best meat markets in the area here. But, this is our go-to place for marinated carne asada, chicken and short ribs for our grill. The place looks super clean, the meat and chicken is always fresh and the staff are always very nice. This is the best meat market in all of Whittier.
