Definitely changing pharmacies. This is the most incompetent staff I’ve ever dealt with. Currently there are 12 people waiting for their prescriptions. It seems they have issues with insurance companies. It’s can’t be that every single person in here has problems with their insurance. And the woman who I spoke with on the phone earlier had the nerve to lecture me about being proactive when it comes to taking care of my mother’s medications.

Do not get your photos done here! I ordered a poster online and came to the store to pick it up 2 hours after it said it was done. When I get there the photo department is checking out 2 people who came to the line because it was shorter than the front register. Now it’s my turn. Yes I’m here to pick up my poster.. She then tells me she didn’t have time to print it…Probably because you’re spending all your time helping non photo customers. Why do you have different departments if you’re not going to use them correctly? Might as well have pharmacy do photos as well. So she said I would have to wait 20 minutes. When I came back in she still didn’t have my poster ready. She said she had to cut it. After cutting it, she shows me the poster which still had white around the poster and she stated that was the best she can do. I then told her I need it cut to the 20×30 that I ordered so it can fit in a frame. She then went back and cut more, which looked better. After going home and putting my poster in my frame I say that the cut wasn’t straight. I usually get my posters from the store on Washington in San Leandro but they wouldn’t have it for me until a few days later. I should have waited. This was my first and last time going to this Walgreens for photos.

My prescription mentioned 0.01% Atropine, but these guys provided 1% Atropine and never even mentioned this during the time of order / pickup. After using eye drops for a day, my daughter started complaining too much of blurriness. After seeing the medicine, it appears they provided 1% instead of 0.01%. When we called the Walgreens, they said 0.01% does not exist. They could have mentioned this during the time of order that 0.01% does not exist so we could have checked with the doctor about the prescription. My daughter is suffering because of the Walgreens erroneous mistakes. I would never recommend this Walgreens to anyone. DONT GO HERE !!
