Impossible to speak to a human, even to cancel an appointment due to emergency, or to determine if tech staff are equipped to solve a problem. All you can do is text in, show up on faith, and (apparently from other reports) then wait outside in line. I am 76 and fully vaccinated. I decided to change from Verizon to Xfinity after many years, specifically because I could not get service help. Now I’m worried that the apparently-indefinite COVID lockdown procedures will be no better at Comcast.

Waited forever and after that my problem was not resolved. I was doing and ESN swap and the person was very short. I can make calls but I cannot get data. I will go to the Street location from now on. They are wonderful over there. Delta Shores people are always rude

My first experience was well. They greeted me and a lady name Maria was so welcoming as well and I needed attendance with somebody in Spanish and they had a lady who helped me explained everything. Great experience didn’t even take long I went in there and took less than 20 minutes super fast . I went to the store to renovate my cable and to get a new box and super great.
