This is Robert owner of EVS Roadside Assistance in AZ thank you for the 2000 GMC c6500 she made it to Az without any problem she performed beautiful and I hope she performs beautiful here helping stranded motorist I will be back to get another after I have my mechanic check it here in Az Update bout this truck 6 weeks ago and this truck was a fake rip off they sold it as a GMC c6500 and jessica promised me this truck was inspected to and the truck ran perfect and ready to go but when arrived the truck wasn’t ready they had there so called mechanics work on the truck after I drove 700 miles from Arizona to buy a vehicle online that was promised to me as a good running vehicle but after I test drove it the brake caliber came off and it had to much play in the steering wheel I told her I didn’t want to drive this far for junk but she said shell fix it so they made me sit at there dealership all day why they repaired the truck and it wasnt even ready so I had to get a hotel so I did my research on the truck threw a carfax on it come to find out this truck was salvaged in a wreck and when I arrived in the morning I dealt with there other employed henry who told me it was all fixed and its a restored salvage and they didn’t let me have the title and all the paper till closing time and sent me all the way back to arizona when arrived I had to mechanic inspect vehicle no brakes carrier bearing shot electrical issues and a cracked block and wrong wheels on truck and better yet the truck they posted as a GMC c6500 and looks like a GMC and they got a GMC hood on it is actually a Chevy c6500 they lied to me and ripped me off where’s the Justice for the hard working Americans trying to make it in America they took my money and lied to me now they will deal with my attorneys that I have I maybe be a small company but I’m not going to let you rob me and play me like an idiot I trusted you and you guys lied to me I’m a hard working Black owned tow operator working as hard as any of my American Brothers or Sisters here working hard during these hard times and we don’t appreciate being lied to by tow industry Tow Lives Matter we risk our lives serving people stranded on road or doing repos laying our lives down everyday for our family we don’t need to risk our lives with people lieing to us and putting our companies at risk with vehicles that are not safe on the road and that are not what they seem to be I hope you don’t do this to another person but I’m going to make sure legally you don’t do that again to another tow company I trusted you and you lied to me and sold me a fraudulent truck with so many problems we as American need to stop companies like you from stealing hard earned American families money who are trying to grow America back to the way we were before so now that I gave you 2 days to fix the situation now u will face my attorney’s this little dog ain’t backing down you ain’t going to Rob me and get away with it selling me a GMC with a crack block and other issues but its a Chevy 2 different vehicles not the same sir good day

I called AAA who sent a technician from tow industries to jump start my RV. I formerly paid for RV plus service but cancelled after this incident. The technician said he didnt know how to jump start my winnebago. So I cancelled my membership and called Sams club. Within 5 minutes a technician was able to jumpstart my RV??? I have since bought the same battery pack the technician used and I am able to jumpstart start my RV anytime easily yet tow industries doesnt know how? AAA said that I would have to have my RV towed to the shop. This particular technician does not even know how to jumpstart an RV??? I am in contact with AAA corporate to try and get something done about this. What if I was camping with the kids and left my lights on? I just better hope that they dont send Tow Industries. Very very unhappy customer.
