My father and myself received an amazing customer service experience with Alyssa. We currently bought an auction, and unlike other storages I received a call from Alyssa within about an hour after the auction closed (other locations sometimes lag). She answered all my questions regarding the deposit & the rules regarding the unit. She was aware we reside in Stockton and was kind enough to give another follow up call to make we would be in before closing time. Since we did arrive around the closing time, we knew we couldn’t load anything in our car. But I asked Alyssa if I could drive my mom (she walks with a cane) to the unit area just to check it out and she was extremely accommodating! We highly appreciate the accommodation, and specially the way she tries to understand my with my Spanish speaking parents! Thank you all for the help, we aren’t used to the same treatment in other locations.

I’m so glad I came here first, when we unexpectedly needed a storage facility, after loosing our home in the wildfires. I had intended to check out all the storage places in town, but I was treated so well here I immediately signed up for a unit.
