PetSmart took really good care of my dog Lilly Patch and Ericka was very loving and caring. My girl was a little nervous about her beauty appointment but allowed the groomer to pick her up and right away started wagging her tail. She even modified how she blow dried my pet and Lilly came out beautiful. I have come in on many occasions to use grooming at this location and I am grateful that they took care of me including any special instructions I had.

What a great place! The customer service here is second to none, and puts that other pet store *cough* Petco *cough* haha. Got my little beardie Missie the 40 gallon ZooMed starter kit, and it was perfect. Unfortunately, the glass on the cage broke, and became dangerous for poor Missie to even be in the cage! I took her and the cage back to the PetSmart where I got the terrarium originally, and was sad to see no more of the terrarium I got. However, they did have the ZooMed Premium Reptile Terrarium, which is the fancier version, with opening doors in the front, and a nice background for them to look at. The exchange process was so smooth and easy, and Missie loves her new terrarium even more than the old one. Definitely will be taking all my pet needs to PetSmart.

This petsmart is a great store. From stock items to the best employees. They are very friendly & very helpful to everyone. I’d like to mention Michelle, the daytime manager, Richard, Eddie, Miguel, Matthew, Madison, Alex, Desiree & the rest of the day crew. All go out of their way to help pet parents. Thank you all.
