So I just had the best experience, again, at my local T Mobil shop! I pre ordered a new phone so of course when it came I was lost as to how to get everything hooked up also I needed a case and screen protector. When I got here Jessica greeted me and proceeded to get me everything I needed and my new phone all dialed in. While she was installing the screen protector for me, she was still able to field the multitude of questions I had about how to actually work the phone, all the while not missing a beat with the screen protector and getting it installed flawlessly! I would really like to thank her for the extra time and care she took to make my visit completely stress free and successful! I highly recommend the t mobile store at 667 S. Westen Ave. And definitely ask for Jessica!!!

Best experience ever! I had sprint and was not happy with the service that I was receiving. Ana was able to thoroughly explain all of my options and provide me with great pricing! Only a few minutes into our conversation, she had me signing away and I’m proud to be a T-Mobile member. She was so sweet and friendly. She went above and beyond to help me not only pick out but also applied my screen protector. She also helped transfer all of my info from my old phone and Apple Watch to my new phone and Apple Watch.She also helped me place an order for two timex watches for my two sons. All in all, Ana is wonderful and this location is so lucky to have her! I will definitely be recommending this location to all my of friends and family! Thank you again Ana for everything!
